As a VVIP Realtor for most builders for new Condo projects he is able to get the best units for his clients at a discounted VIP prices before most real estate agents. He has in many cases doubled his clients’ investments and increased their returns even before the construction of the projects have been completed. Farooq has achieved several awards from Re/Max due to his best performance.
